Serves 1
90 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Pinotage
30 ml Brandy
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
Garnish: lemon wheels, fresh thyme, sage, and rosemary
Method
Combine the wine, brandy, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake, and strain over crushed ice into a tall glass. Garnish with lemon wheels, fresh thyme, sage and rosemary.
