Ingredients
90 ml Tequila (non-alcoholic alternative: John Ross The Mary Distilled Botanicals)
90 ml pink grapefruit juice
60 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Unwooded Chardonnay (non-alcoholic alternative: Leopard's Leap Natura White)
30 ml simple syrup
Splash of cranberry juice
Method
Fill shaker with ice cubes.
Add tequila, grapefruit juice, wine and simple syrup
Shake and strain into chilled rocks glasses filled with ice cubes.
Pour cranberry juice over each glass.
Serve chilled.
