The Cap Classique Cup Cocktail
The Champagne Cup cocktail is a classic recipe combining a few ingredients into an incredible drink.

Ingredients to mix one cocktail (please have more on hand....)
30 ml brandy
15 ml Cointreau
5 ml Maraschino cherry syrup
Maraschino cherry
Method
Stir the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne coupe.
Top up with the Cap Classique and gently drop a Maraschino cherry into the glass.
