- 60 ml honey, warmed
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Leopard’s Leap Chenin Blanc
- 500 ml (2 cups) ginger-ale
- 1 orange, sliced thinly
- 1 lemon, sliced thinly
- 1 lime, sliced thinly
- ice to serve
- fresh mint to serve
